How can I check if a product is in stock?

Product Availability

"In Stock" - represents goods that are available to be ordered from our website. We works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible.
"Product is currently out of stock and unavailable" - represents goods which are not currently available for the shipment, but many of them still can be ordered. Please contact our support and ask about articlae availability. We will answer you ASAP.

How do I pay? Methods of payment


You can pay for your order comfortable and safe using one of the methods: On the basis of an invoice, VISA credit card, Mastercard credit card or PayPal. Just go to store in your account on our website, select your order and click VISA credit card, Mastercard credit card
or Cash on delevery( COD) 

How do I Return an Item?

1. Please contact our Support Center. Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns are subject to inspection.
2. Wait for an email response from us (usually within 1-24 hours) and then download the RMA and fill out the form completely.
3. Pack the products and RMA into a shipping box using packing material.
4. Send the return to our store

Delivery information


We ship on orders all over Bahrain and Worldwide. You can track parcels with the tracking code. We send you the tracking code after we have shipped your order. Shipping costs will be calculated once you've entered your shipping address. The main services we use are DHL , Aramex,  Door Delevery and COD

Warranty and Returns

All our customers have 7calendar days from delivery to withdraw from their contract with us and return the goods for any reason. Following authorisation of the return, goods must be back in our possession within a further 7 calendar days. This is a cooling off period which entitles you to inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. If the item is returned in "new" condition with all packaging intact, it will not be subject to a restocking fee. If goods are sent back to us outside of this period, or are received in a poor condition where there is physical damage to the product, or items are missing from the packaging. Then we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to your return, which will be dependent on the condition of the product.
The costs and risks of returning products, including a withdrawal return, are at your expense.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. We suggest that you use DPD when returning an item to us. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization

Returns under warranty
All our articles carry a one year minimal warranty. If an item proves to be faulty within these one years of purchase, simply return it to us and we will replace it or Repairs. You need to pay only for the shipping of the faulty item, we will pay for the shipping back to you (Please note: accidental damage is not included under guarantee)
